0.2.6 ~ Toeny, the Queen's Loyal Foot Soldier

This update introduces a new character: Toeny, the Queen's Foot Soldier. He was meant to be an inconsequential practice character, but I had too much fun working on him and made him a sort of demiboss. You can find him out at monster level 10. Each time you beat him, his spawn point moves a little farther out and he gets stronger.
- He spits water projectiles when he talks.
- Jumps up in the air, bringing his giant toes down to create an explosion
- He has actual voice lines! Voiced by myself.
With the Steam release coming up, I've also been smoothing some of the game's rough edges:
- Worked on snag resolution for when weapon is caught in a wall.
- Rebalanced difficulty (generally increased)
- Adjusted monsters' base HP to be closer to each other.
- HP regenerates SLOWER when on low HP (used to be faster)
- Worked on the screen flash effect that happens when you take damage.
- It is now more a hueshift than a brightness flash.
- Camera FoV increases briefly.
- It is now more a hueshift than a brightness flash.
- Created alternate Steam build that removes bandcamp/soundcloud links from music menu according to Steam policy (this test build is actually a steam build too)

why does he remind me of a furby
I think that the current Juice Galaxy's proc gen open world and emphasis on exploration may lend itself nicely to some rudimentary sandbox/basebuilding mechanics. It would be really cool to carve out a piece of it to call home. Maybe I could even make a storage room to display all the wacky shit I find, or a garage for the juice car.
Some really simple mechanics may have a huge impact on gameplay variety. Imagine if you had to complete a side-quest to rent a house (or even one of the new structures) and then you get to do whatever you want with that plot of land. What are your thoughts about that?

What exactly are his respawn conditions? I beat him at ML10 but then he didn't respawn no matter how far out I went.
You need to reload the game before he can spawn again-- maybe I should change that
